Rówień Krupowa
- cross-country ski trail in the centre: very good place for beginners, 4,5 km of the tracks for cross country skiing located in a very centre of Zakopane at Górna Rówień Krupowa (see the pictures below number 1, 2, 3)
Jaszczurówka - Bory
: very nice cross country ski trails (8 km) with lovely viwe on Tatra Mountains. One can rent the ski equipment in the ski rental at the Nosal ski centre and ask there how to find an entrance to the route which is a little hidden (pics 4-9).
Training trails at the Ski Jumps area (5km): well prepared but more diffcult rout for cross country skiers. Between 9.00 and 13.00 young people from the Sport School train there and do not like to be disturbed.
Cross country sking route in Chocholowska Valley: charming place for cross country skiers in Tatra National Park, situated aprox. 10km far from Zakopane(easy mini bus access from the bus station). The rout is about 8km long but unfortunatelly tracks are usually destroiued by the snowmobiles drivers (pics 10-13 )
instruction course for complete beginners: during our 2 hours lesson we would like to teach you the basic technique and to take you for a tour of 2-4 km, partly in the Tatra National Park. We are sure you will love it! Costs: 200 PLN pp (single supplement 90 PLN).
The price includes: return transfer to the cross country ski piste; ski equipment rental and 2 hours instruction.
Programme: meeting your instructor in the hotel, transfer to the ski piste, renting the equipment, 2 hours instruction, return to the hotel.
