SKIING in Oravice

MEANDER SKI PARK:
Meander ski and thermal park is situated 30 km far from Zakopane - in the tiny, Slovak village Oravice. There is one main ski slope (length - 1.500m; altitude270m) - with four persons modern chair lift and two smaller slopes (l-650m; a-135m) with T-bar lifts. There is also a ski school, a ski rental and a nice restaurant overlooking the slope. But the most important are the thermal pools located at the foot of the main slope. After few hours of skiing relax in the hot water is a great experience.
